“Soap bubbles in a moonlit night” tells a story about a soap bubble looking down on Earth and sees the most wonderful things
This painting is made on a 30×30 cm (12″x12″) piece of card stock with gouache, finished with a layer of beeswax and carnauba wax to protect it from dust and humidity. The card stock is after that taped on a 2mm thick cardboard which has a string on the back so it can be hanged on the wall. Of course, the painting can be framed, but since framings are so personal, I don’t offer that.

“Soap bubbles in a moonlit night” vertelt een verhaal over een zeepbel die van grote hoogte naar de Aarde kijkt en heel veel mooie dingen ziet.
Dit schilderij is gemaakt op een 30x30cm stuk karton met gouache, afgewerkt met een laag bijenwas en carnauba was om de schildering te beschermen tegen stof en vocht. Het karton is daarna met tape vastgezet op een 2mm grijsbord en heeft een touwtje aan de achterkant zodat het opgehangen kan worden aan de muur. Natuurlijk kan het schilderij ook ingelijst worden, maar dat is zo persoonlijk, dat ik het niet aanbied.
